GUESS WHAT peeps? We are going to be starting an Endurance Class next Thursday 28, 2010 @6:00am at the HQ, with Vicki aka Jvic(certified personal trainer/cf endurance certifed).
For those of you who want to become more efficient and faster runners, this class is for you. You will be taught the proper running technique that is being used at the USA Olympic training facility, The POSE method. It is the lastest running "BUZZ" in the endurance community. The POSE method uses less energy and facilitates less injuries. The class will incorporate the pose form, drills, an endurance wod, and stretching. TIME TO WORK ON YOUR WEAKNESS!!!
