Class Schedule

Hey Hey Peeps!!!

Here are a few rules and words to live by at CrossFit HardCore

  • train with a positive attitude and always strive to GET BETTER!!!
  • make new friends, and become a part of something BIG!!!
  • be here ON TIME, so the coach can run a smooth class
  • put your TOYS(bars, db/kb's, boxes, etc.) AWAY when you are done
  • wipe down your bars and throw away your water bottles
  • KEEP THE CHALK INSIDE THE BUCKET!!!
  • we expect you to sweat and bust your a--!
  • yell time as loud as you can, when you are done
  • tell a friend about us
  • And above all, HAVE FUN!!!

Monday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wednesday: 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Thursday: NO 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 5:45am, 7:00am. 8:30am, 9:30am

Saturday: 8:30am

Thursday: 8:30am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 8:30am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am

Additional classes will be added upon requests.(We only need 3 new people to start a new class time).
