K2 - I give you tons of credit for having to deal with that on a daily basis! Its a good thing you do crossfit, otherwise you might just go postal!
Great WOD yesterday. Thanks again p-nut... I can't really turn my neck, but the pain hurts so good!
For those who wanted me to keep them updated: The Album is finished and UPS delivered it yesterday( more like a 1000). I am now planning a CD release party sometime this next month. It will be on a Sunday afternoon and will be family friendly!

This looks like one of those WODs that you go- eh this dosent look horrible....and then--- your gasping for air and feel like your going to die!!! Its a wonder everyone on on the planet dosent love crossfit!! were such a bunch of sadists!! :)
