Well fellow Crossfitters, today is my last wod at Crossfit Hardcore before I take off. Can't believe how quickly time has passed. Ready to get my ass kicked one last time by the best coaches in Crossfit!
Will do my final post later...getting too emotional at 8 in the morning!

KD and Spaz...you guys are awesome helping Jedi finish his run at the end of the WOD last night! You guys really rock!
And KD!!!!! You've improved your overall workout performance during the WOD's so incredibly...your strength, your time! You should be so proud of yourself!! :)

Well, a night off for me! Hopefully the weather will hold out and I can FINALLY get a run in! I don't mind running in the rain, but when it starts thundering, I'm not down with that. Something about being miles from home...
This WOD looks tough to say the least. Last night was a toughie, but goodie. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
Great job by "Young Skywalker" (there is SOOOOOOO much we can do with the Jedi nickname) pushing through each and every WOD to completion. And you keep coming back for more!!!
Everyone at the pound kicking it last night.

i was very happy with everyone's attention too form and standard today. wallballs were ass to the ball (almost k2:) ) and hitting that target, (best wallballin goes to billabong) pullups looked strong with the chin over the bar, congrats to chris and ian for figuring out the kip. dips were down low then fully locked out (and 1 great job on the ring dips today!) i think the tough part for a lot of you guys was not using the legs or hips to make the weight go up. turbo your strict presses looked too easy! good job to cathy, missy, elizabeth, and laurie nice hard work. capt.dan i think you had it worst, all alone with just me and my shrill buffalo voice. it's always a pleasure to push you around. great job guys!
