My man Juice did awesome. He literally learned how to Kip in less than 10 minutes and them proceeded to connect two a couple of times and then connected 3.
Let's go parents, we need to start them young. Your kids will only become better athletes and healthier adults in the future.

I was here to witness it and I must say Lance is first of all an incredible coach and teacher and second of all, absolutely right when he says bring your kids in a few times a week to get a head start on life..There is no better program then CrossFit...Justin, incredible job kid...Really,Really inspiring...Nice work...TURBO
