Happy Thanksgiving peeps, gobble gobble!!! There was a GREAT turn out for the Turkey Day WOD. Had peeps coming from all over (HQ, TC and the G)meeting up for the pre -holiday festivities. The "Block Runs" were a nice touch, nice work peeps.
There will be only be ONE CLASS @8:30 a.m. at the HQ tomorrow. However, there will be early morning classes at the Garage, check schedule.

It's Time to Bring the CrossFit Culture to our future KIDS!!!!

What: CrossFit HardCore is offering a FOUR-day Winter Olympics for Kids ages 8-14

When: Monday, December 21, 2009 through Thursday, December 24, 2009

We will teach your kids form, functionality and focus to develop a great foundation of fitness to last them a lifetime!!!

 

CrossFit HardCore Winter Olympics will offer THREE days of skills coaching and ONE day of competition!  On day four the kids will have to opportunity to show off the skills they have learned.

Cost: $125/four days (reduced rates available for multiple siblings)
