Ha! Turbo its a good thing I didnt do this one on Sun huh? Half way through the Lion I kinda wish I was... phew what a brutal wod that was- Tino your a damn soldier! I tried to chase you...but, 9 mins is a long way behind though!! Maybe when Im not completely dehydrated I might put forth a more respectable showing! anyway thanks for the company it was fun! :)

JVIC - I hope that Tigress's pesky hip injury didn't contaminate you. Very suspicious. Not as suspicious as some of the numbers counts in this mornings Tabata. But suspicious nonetheless.

What's suspicious about 180 sit ups? That's 22.5 reps consistently for 8 rounds each lasting 20seconds. That means 1 rep per 0.88 second (for a total of 180 reps). SSC do I sense some envy? This is hardcore crossfit girl. Cannot help it if you got only something in the 120 rep range which brings the sit up to 1.25sec per rep. Stop crying and start practicing your sub 1 sec. sit ups, please let me know when you get there I like to know as well how to do them.
DEA you are the Bomb,congrats on your first big run. Proud of you girl. Crumpet you are the best for supporting our DEA through this hard run.

Maybe we should add a 5th exercise to Tabata...rep counting..."ok, everybody look at the timer, count out loud to twenty with the timer, now write down the number you end with..." I wonder how many 22's, 23's & 24's would be on the sheets...
Tigress, writing "dreiundzwanzig" on the sheet doesn't count...it still translates to 23...

LOL K2....she's gotta be on something, I mean who else at that age can do butterfly kips chest to the bar and chest to the ground pushups...only a psychotic German bitch.
And yes Tigress I was noticing this morning your TTD push ups and wondering why, when I have bigger ones than you, wern't mine hitting the floor.....just one more thing to work on....the list never seems to end!

Thanks for the support guys. It really means a lot!! This goes to show you how CFHC can change your life. Never in a million years did I EVER think I would be able to finish a 1/2 marathon. Crossfit made it all possible!!! As Lance always says, "take something you hate and make it your bitch."
I want to thank Crumpet and Jvic for encouraging me to train. We all know what an amazing runners they are. It must have been agonizing for Crumpet to run that slow knowing the torture could have been over about an hour earlier for her, but she never left my side!! I am guessing Crump actually ran 14 miles since she would run ahead, get me water/Gatorade, and then run it back to me. I swear she must have gotten dizzy running in circles!!! She is an amazing person, coach, mentor and friend!!! I could never have gotten through this race without her!!!
It really lifted my spirits to see Rabbit and SSC at mile 7!! They started running with us jingling keys and all ha-ha…SSC ended up running a couple of miles making us laugh and pushed the entire time!
Thanks again for the support. I love my CFHC family!

Very Funny SSC. I am in for Fuji and some bombs.
Great performance 4:30 class. Everybody pushed hard. You all got some nice numbers in. Tabata gets intense, no doubt about it. Nice surprise to see Trixie back and good to have Atom from the compound, good work buddy. Psycho, Ice T, Laurie (without a nickname),Mesa and Nicole good work peeps.

Everybody stop your f-ing whining about the rep shortage in Tabata. There were a lot of suspect numbers, always remember peeps LOGIC! That is a direct and factual word.
In other words, logically speaking, unless you are a freak from another planet(which they do exists, we have some in our presence Bionic and Book to name a few)the turnover rate that you would have to sustain to maintain some of the numbers I saw is crazy. So that being said a lot of you loudmouthers had some funny numbers.
But bottom line in the end is, its only and all about exercise. So on one hand you did work, but at what standard/cost. Does it pay to do more reps(no matter how they look)or maintain "YOUR VERY BEST"? Answer that question for yourself.
