Before you think you are a Bad Ass, you must answer yes to these 10 rules:
1)you must have a sub 2min Fran
2)your Dead Lift has to be over 600lb
3)You must be able to run a mile in 5 min.
4)Got to do 100 pull Ups without coming off the bar
5)Muscle-ups are for beginners, Iron Cross is a requirement
6)Your Murph has to be under 25min with a weighted vest
7)you won the Games at some point in your Crossfitting Career
8)200 unbroken burpees
9)Your Snatch has to be double of your body weight
10)......Bottom line you must be a Navy Seal, wrapped in a suit of Body Armor...You got to be F**ing Elite!!!!!!!!!

If you can't answer yes to all the above, shut up, leave your ego out the door and go back and work on your Skills.......and this is for all of US!!!!!!!!

lets talk about useful things to support our people.. like our girls Bo Peep, Jvic, Tigress,.. working to get their muscle ups.. or other peeps who are working to get their butterfly kips down.. or just working to get their kips down.. there are a lot of people in our gym who need our support to grow and get better.. lets work on that..

ok.. so i just did the math for a 25 min Murph... given each mile is 5 min exactly- that leaves 15 min (900 seconds) to do 600 reps- thats one rep every 1.5 seconds consistantly for all of Murph!...with a vest!!

...I would hump that persons leg if it was possible!! lmao!

sooo...completed the wod in the hotel gym.. even gave my coworker a little taste of crossfit. She thought she hated me when I was knocking on her door at 5am:) She already thinks I'm crazy, then I show her the spiderman pushups...lol.. then I say, "and we'll just leave the treadmills running, and run back and forth from the aerobics room to the treadmill each round.." she looked at me like i had three eyeballs popping out of my head....can't wait to see what tomorrow's wod will be:)

I miss you guys! Need some GiCrazy love when I get back!

great work 9:30 crew. glutten, my lil boy said that you run "super super speed" (that's how fast racecars are too). jack was also impressed with rick's transformer police car, thanks dude, it's all he's talked about today. Maui, twinkee, laurie, glutten and rick, you all did great with those deck squats, there a little akward at first, but just like anything else we do, just scale, go through the proessions until your body figures it out. be patient.

Yeah so much for the certified bad ass shirts we all have. According to the Queen, we r at a shortage of bad asses at CFHC. But I will say we have a lot of up and coming bad asses amongst us.

The Deck Squats are a challenge but then again so are a lot of things we encounter in CF. As long as you put forth 110% effort each time you WOD, thats all us coaches can ask for.

Cool wod. "Commuted" west to The Garage, and it was well worth it. The place is such a gem. Ashamed to say that's my 1st wod there. Will NOT be my last.

My time? Not the greatest. I didn't run every inch; I guess running is my bitch after all. But I took pride in full extension on my deck squats doing 10 at a time and never breaking it up into 5&5, and I was TTD on every burpee and every slappy. THAT'S what I take from that wod. Dry heaving in the bathroom prolly added 2 minutes to my time. Oh well. Diet has ALOT to do with that. And there is YouTube proof of my crappy diet!

Thank you Lance and Scotty, thanks a ton. You guys were awesome to the new blood I brought in today. Somebody very near and dear to my heart that was made to feel very welcome, at ease, and capable. Anyone's very 1st wod is a bit scary, but you guys made it fun for Tiana, and I am extremely grateful for that. My extended CrossFit family is the shit. Thank you guys.

And by the way fellas, I never heard you yelling at me when I was "attempting" the 200's, but apparently you were riding my ass. I believe the quote from Lance was: "Fuck him, I ain't losing my voice over him." Allegedly. Hahaha, that's classic! My man.

GREAT WOD!! I think deck squats are my new favorite exercise (who am I kidding...it's one of my ONLY favorite exercises). Closer class was good times as always. Chasing Kevin through the WOD really pushed me to go faster. Thanks! It was great to have K2 & DEA as part of the Closers...definitely feeling the love (right K2). Until tomorrow night...

4:30 class did well today. There was a lot of sweat running out of the peeps. This wod was a lot harder than it looked. Nice performance peeps, the deck squats and burpees looked great today. I can tell that those push ups didn't come that easy to most of you. Keep practicing that's the only way to get better.
