GUESS WHAT peeps? We are going to be starting an Endurance Class next Thursday 28, 2010 @6:00am at the HQ, with Vicki aka Jvic(certified personal trainer/cf endurance certifed).
For those of you who want to become more efficient and faster runners, this class is for you. You will be taught the proper running technique that is being used at the USA Olympic training facility, The POSE method. It is the lastest running "BUZZ" in the endurance community. The POSE method uses less energy and facilitates less injuries. The class will incorporate the pose form, drills, an endurance wod, and stretching. TIME TO WORK ON YOUR WEAKNESS!!!
Where: CFHC Headquarters
When: Thursdays(starting next week) @6:00am(sharp)

As far as time goes Spaz, It will be just like any other class. I am really looking forward to this, we have been wanting to do this for a while and we are very fortunate and lucky to have someone like Jvic, an avid runner who is going to be conducting these classes.
