Happy B'day C2....I have to say though that seeing saturday's WOD did not bring me the same happiness as your birthday does.
I told Cali that even though it's your birthday I may egg your house tomorrow for putting us through this one. Let's just say if you come home tomorrow to egg shells and yolk I have the perfect alibi since Cali's got my back.

I usually don't WOD on Saturday, but I actually like the chippers! Glad I went today, it was tough but I feel good that I got through it - see everyone on Monday.

iPod here...
FilthyFifty=50reps of 10 exercises=50 sets of 10=500reps. 41:30mnsRX except extra burpees(450reps total).
A year ago I worked out with a trainer. Usually I did b/t 10 exercises 3 sets of 10 reps = 300reps in 60mns. Then I would get on the precor for 45mns for cardio.
Today I did 150 more reps in 2/3rds the time...not exactly sure how to measure that improvement but its pretty amazing.
Incredible to watch all the peeps push thru this craziness.
