Dr. Romanov is a very knowledgeable individual. Sometime hard to understand but nonetheless, very intelligent. Please watch the video and try to apply some of what you hear and then get your butt to the 5K and to our new class starting up next Thursday. AND LEARN HOW TO RUN MORE EFFICIENT, INJURY FREE AND FASTER!!!

Love to strike a pose. Ha, well guys did yesterdays WOD today 10:03, semi ok.
But hey! new PR on the OHS, 170 x 2, 3 seperate dang times lol. Not good enough for the competition though :(, some girl got 200 OHS, tall and not super built. You don't have to be jacked if your form is superior!
Can't wait to run at an ungodly time in the morning next week.

People the coaches gave us a gift by making today a 5k run day. It is the prettiest, lowest humidity day we've had in a while-perfect for running! Take advantage!

BillaBong here - Just wrapped up the 5k Lake Eden Loop. This was my first run that was more than 2 miles in the new shoes (New Balance MT101 - trail style - barefoot shoe) and my calf's are on fire! Lots of practice ahead. First mile was decent @ 6:20, but then it slid at the 2 and further at the 3. Lots of room to improve.
Total time 23:07
Goal is now 21:07 by December

Watched in awe as AND1, Scuba, & Decay literally raced thru this 5K...all around 21mns, nearly sprinting the final 800m. My last 800m was pathetic...27:30mns, definitely not my best. Props to the new guy(sry forgot your name) for getting back to the garage...it'll get better.
Glad we won't have to do this again for a few weeks/months!!

This was a perfect day to run. Temp was great! I can say that because I did my personal best in today's 5k: 26:26. Beat my previous attempt by like 14 minutes. I did not stop and walk at all today like I did on my first attempt, and I ran as fast as I could the last 400-500m which helped make up some time. CrossFit works!!! I'm getting better...but it's not getting any easier. :) YA GOTTA LOVE IT!
