No ppuush ups Nina. Thats all thats going to slow me down tomorrow.I want to fly through the D/L. Hopefully I have energy tomorrow because those 100 thrusters and burpees were no joke. See everyone at 430.

Yes Bling...you will fly through the D/L...I will struggle with much less weight than 135...that isn't too far less than the max I did the other day :( I can only get stronger though, right? Enjoy the wod...I'll be there in the am!

First crew came and went. The goal is sub 15 today peeps. Some of you I will challenge you to get sub 10-12!!! Lets c what my peeps r made of. Long one yesterday and a short one today.

Great wod today, guess its kinda biased towards my strengths. 11:22 rx today.
Folks let me tell you, 170 on the overhead squat ain't easy. Going for it again tomorrow.
Two newbies today, having fun with Cindy, they did an awesome job and say goodbye to Chris, back to the navy with him. Great wodding with you bro. Btw, let's see some times posted, live the words but everyone wants to see times to, it's an way way to keep a semi log of progress.

AB - got 165# OH after the WOD today...tried the 170 twice and didnt get it but I'll attempt it once again in the future and maybe this time not after wodding. Great job on your 170...its amazing what 5# can do!!!

Nice lil short one today peeps, well compared to yesterday. Will be instituting some shorter WOD's in the near future to get you used to pushing harder in a different time domain. You cant just partake in the long WOD's but you must also embrace the shorter ones, and really push hard and up ur intensity all these.
Want to give a shout out to all new members amongst the CFHC Triad. And also give props to Steve aka Cyborg who gave me what I wanted today, a sub ten coming in at 6:51 Rx'd. Def contender for the Sects/Regionals next year.
