Hey Queen- thanks for helping me out last night. The swelling has gone down considerably and I have been icing on and off today and keeping it elevated as much as possible. A couple days of R.I.C.E should do the trick and have me up and about in no time!

Glad to see you are feeling better. Don't forget about the Advil too ;-)....or shots of Grey Goose. They both have the same medicinal effect.

Shout out to Jen (Bansai's daughter). Great job on ur 1st day at CrossFit girl!!! She did the entire workout on her 1st day n will be back for more tomorrow. (if she can get outta bed-lol). Glad to have you back in town.

Spaz, sorry to hear you are hurt. Get well soon. I have no been out for a complete week. Was sick for a couple of days and then had clients in for the last three days....eating and drinking and no exercise since last Tuesday...this is not good. I will be back tomorrow night at TC 5:30 class. Gotta get back on track.

Incredible day out West...60 something peeps, and I am feeling good again...Was under the weather for a few days, but you won't hear me cry...Well maybe a lil bit....I took this lil 3 rounder on at 9am with 57 doing his best to handle the crowd, and I really thought for my second WOD since Friday that 11:18RX would look good on the board...Well that did not last long...Scuba and Wang decided to teach the old Thirsty TURBO a lesson, and both came in sub 11 with Scuba getting the best of Wang head to head...10 something each...then 5:30PM rolled around and that famous Asian Persuasion rolls up with that LOOK...AND1....I coached him on his own to a beautifly done sub 10 and that was it....Low time of the day...9:15RX....Great job Justin!!!...Impressive...Well back to dinner and drinks..Like I said felling good again...And have a driver tonight...TAXI.....TURBO

As far as myself, I got my ass kicked by Book (as usual) I don't really know why he still asks me to Wod together, because by the time he's done I usually have 3 more rounds to go.......

Busy day at HQs. Couple of newbies showed up in the 4:30 and 5:30pm class. Welcome Jen and Matt and congrats on finishing your WOD. It wasn't an easy one. Matt you are a natural, you will be on you 3day on 1day off program soon. Jen I hope you will become a regular like your Dad, nice job on your first wod, u stuck it out girl.

Those wall balls killed my arms by the time I got to the cleans I was shot. Time 16:08 feeling stronger did skills after I am 6 months in and I can do pullups...jumping pullups are DONE...I can climb the rope and do DUBs Loving Crossfit....Thanks Tino
