I was thinking the same thing, Nina...I'm guessin' this is more of a cardio WOD and therefore 55/75...but I've been wrong before and will be again! LOL

It doesn't matter what the RX is Nina cause no matter what we're practicing those pull ups tomorrow. I'm so sore but too close to stop practicing. See you and the rest of the 930 no-shoes-crew tomorrow. Sleep well.

Nice job for stepping up yesterday in the DL's peeps. Some of you went our of comfort zone and challenged urselves. But always remember FORM FIRST!!! Some nice times were put up.

Well...you're right Bling...b/c now that it's posted we all know I'm nowhere close to it! BUT, that is what I love about CF...it's a big challenge! And once you get to the RX...then you can always work on improving your time. Lucky for me, I have lots to work on :) No shoes? Maybe that's the trick lol!

Tape rocks! Our enrire 9:30 compound crew has almost got the kips...soon it's off to HSPU...thunder you did an amazing job today...I am going to have to up my weight in small increments! Thanks for the inspiration!

Its true what they say. Its all about the TAPE. I didn't really want to start the kipping but here I am a month and a half later loving everytime I walk up to the bar. So bring on the HSPU. Ill see the 930 no-shoes-crew friday morning.

I fell out of the 9:30 crew.... Schedule is messy the next few weeks, Nina you're gonna have to work with me when I get back on track.
I actualy liked today's wod, I felt good, could have gone heavier on the overheads but I know I improved my form and my time wasn't bad.

Went at this WOD pretty hard. 31:30mnsRX unbroken OHS. BuRpEeS are the worst part of xFit...period. Remind me of that when I complain about any other exercise!

Full house this pm. It was a long wod for some of the peeps today, going down from 10 to 1 isn't so bad but starting all over again just sucks. We had a few girls with a sub 21min, Terminator finished the darn wod in sub 18min..Congrats Jen for surviving your first week of Crossfit,take a day of tomorrow,

Geez Tigess...you really know how to put us garage peep(sters) in our place. I freakin' nearly collapse from this WOD in 31mns & you got PEEPS cranking it out in 20mns. Would there ages make me feel any better??
