R.O.CK. (Reaching Out to Cancer Kids)

Our very own Bo Peep aka Julie Weidenfeld's son Justin is having a fundraiser to help kids with cancer go to summer camp.

It is being sponsored by CrossFit HardCore and Fleet Feet Sports of Boca.

When: February 16, 2009(Presidents Day)

Where: CrossFit HardCore

Time: 8:30 Workout/9:30 Kids Fun Run

Join us for Music, Food and Fun!!! You can preregister at CrossFit HardCore, $25 per participant, makes checks payable to American Cancer Society/ROCK Camp. For more details on R.O.C.K camp, go to www.americancancersociety.org.

Had a great great time. The turnout was phenomenal. Some brought their kids, some newbies and the vets of course. We had a big team WOD(Joker)and the kids had a mini one set up for them. Everybody put in 150% effort and started the weekend off with a BANG!!!!
